Susanna Gonnella conveyed to us a very clear message: improvisation without competence can make you have an experience, but often it doesn‘t lead to usable results.

An immediacy in the relationship, an ability to share views on work issues, decisions to be made, projects to be evaluated that we never had before. The path is still "active" for us, in a sense. Of course, the professionalism and frankness of our Coaches were essential. We have successfully passed the assessment test, but this result is only a new starting point: this path is a constantly evolving process.

The role of the manager has become essential in leading change, placing emphasis on feedback and coaching, performing a managers‘ measurement able to promote their development. In the Italian context Cisco decided to work in an innovative way on the concept of sharing knowledge. Together with the coaching partner MyNoiLab we designed and launched an initiative called Leadership Circle: managerial groups able to share experiences through direct engagement as HR and the facilitation of the team of Coaches to improve group cohesion and to better identify objectives and themes of common interest.

The team needed to go beyond traditional training (which probably would not have borne fruit), to experiment with an approach where everyone, both individually and as a group, could improve and participate in the change. The team started working well when they realised that the initiative was not “steered” by the management or HR, but for them.

We immediately found ourselves in harmony. We appreciated the work of Mynoilab both in profiling the target of subjects potentially interested in our events and in conveying in the best way the contents and purposes of our theatre festival, without ever forgetting to provide clear and accurate information to participate in the initiative. If I can summarize Mynoilab‘s work in three words, I believe they can be attention, care and professionalism.
